A New Company:
Concrete Safety Systems, LLC
On January 6, 2005, Jersey Precast Corporation purchased all of the operating assets of Germantown Group, Inc., previously trading as Concrete Safety Systems, by virtue of a December 2, 2004 Order Approving Debtors' Motion for Authorization to Sell Property Free and Clear of Liens, Claims and Encumbrances in the matter captioned: “In re Germantown Group, Inc. t/d/b/a Concrete Safety Systems, Debtor, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Docket No. 04-24185.” The new company will be trading under the following name:
